Time for Applications! Cultural Recovery Fund’s Third Round Opens

Posted: 12/07/2021, by:

Since the start of the pandemic, the National Lottery Heritage Fund (NLHF) has been working with the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) to deliver grants through the Cultural Recovery Fund (CRF). Over the past year, £1.2billion of this funding has been distributed to over 5,000 organisations in England.

The latest round of CRF funding is made up of 2 strands:

  • Emergency Resource Support: new applicants who are at imminent risk of failure due to the ongoing economic impact of COVID-19.
  • Continuity Support: eligible organisations already in receipt of a Culture Recovery Fund for Heritage grant.

The Emergency Resource Support strand is available to eligible organisations who have not previously received CRF support from the Heritage Fund or any other distributors and have exhausted all reasonable financial options. Grants between £10,000 – £1million are available and the deadline for expressions of interest is midday on 30th September 2021.

The Continuity Support strand will be available later this summer for eligible organisations who have already received funding. Existing grantees will receive information about this strand of funding in due course.

If you do not fit the CRF eligibility, do not panic – take a look at NLHF’s full list of recovery programmes and see what other funding you can apply for. Find full information on funding programmes and how to apply on the NLHF website.

During the pandemic, award-winning Tricolor has worked with a wide range of organisations across the country and helped them develop recovery plans and applications for CRF funding. Contact us today!
