Project Planning & Evaluation
Two sides of the same coin, project planning and project evaluation are the essential bookends to any successful project. Ideally, they should be developed at the same time, with the project plan informing future evaluation activities.
At Tricolor, we use a process called Theory of Change to help our clients both plan and evaluate their projects.
Theory of Change is a planning process created specifically for planning and measuring impact. It is not a general theory of how change happens; rather, the theory is specific to your effort.
We are also Social Value UK members, meaning we build the Seven Principles of Social Value into all of our project planning and evaluation activities. This means you can rest assured we are considering the long term impacts of your project both from the planning stage and at evaluation.
We can undertake both project planning and interim/post-project evaluation. We have extensive experience of delivering these services for clients as a joint package, or individually. In addition, all of our activity plans include evaluation planning as standard.
