Tricolor has been working with Royal Cornwall Museum since November 2016 as part of their NLHF Resiliency project. This piece of work focuses on developing audiences for the museum, identifying critical internal and external barriers to long term success as well as masterplanning the future of the physical site.

As part of this Tricolor has undertaken an extensive audience research project, internal staff training and mentoring, marketing development, implemented new monitoring and management systems as well as making recommendations for new planning cycles, evaluation and audience representation.
