In preparation for discussions regarding a new lease, NELSAM and Sunderland City Council have jointly commissioned Tricolor to complete a thorough review of their existing business plan and the governance arrangements. Once this was completed Tricolor were commissioned to complete an Options Appraisal on the future operating models for NELSAM.
