Nik comes to Tricolor with extensive engagement and business development experience from the sports and leisure sectors. He has worked with the English Institute of Sport and UK Athletics as well as primary schools on consultation programmes and is used to determining what audiences need, what they know and understand, and then how to engage them appropriately. 

Nik runs his own fitness business and gym with over 200 members, and was recently commissioned to undertake research into the impact of Covid on the fitness sector in light of ‘fitness on demand’ and the boom in virtual/online training. 

Nik has led on research and public engagement consultation for Tricolor on projects such as Colne Valley Railway, Bury St Edmunds Guildhall, Alexandra Palace, and Kenley Common. Most recently Nik has undertaken financial modelling for Tricolor’s work with Heritage Education Trust and the Museum of Brands, as well as context research for The Hockey Museum’s proposed travelling exhibition programme.
