Naomi is responsible for Tricolor’s project management system, Asana, and is committed to implementing change and agile practice into the day-to-day running of Tricolor’s processes. She is currently working towards becoming an accredited specialist in Theory of Change.

An expert practitioner in the Arts and Cultural sector, Naomi began her career as an opera singer and has performed in a wide range of iconic heritage and cultural venues. With a Bachelor of Music and a Master of Music Degree from the Royal Northern College of Music, Naomi is a creative arts practitioner and heritage consultant, focussing on effecting change through cultural regeneration, developing and delivering projects. 

 

Naomi started with Tricolor as an intern, and since then has worked on over twenty projects including: comparator analysis, audience development and marketing segmentation for Truro Cathedral; a Covid impact report and comparator analysis for Salisbury Museum; Economic Impact Assessment and Evaluation of the capital works programme of the Viva Spencer’s Mill Project, and quantitative / qualitative data gathering and evidence reporting for the Durham Cathedral Change Programme project.

Naomi is also a freelance soprano with a passion for opera and performing – most recently she sang live on prime-time BBC TV with an audience of several million viewers.
