I set up Perfect Moment as a consultancy specialising in providing business advice to cultural organisations and creative industries in 1995. For the last ten years, our main focus has been on large capital developments, mainly in the heritage sector. Prior to setting up Perfect Moment, I worked in Community arts, the probation service, teaching dissolution teenagers and community development as well as managing bands in London. We have been involved in an enjoyable and productive partnership with Tricolor since 2015. My favourite thing about the job is helping clients develop business plans which support their vision for their organisation. My biggest thrill is seeing organisations survive and thrive as a result of working with them. I like to work as a “critical friend” with clients taking the time to fully understand the context of their work and the outcomes they are working toward. I help clients define their strategic direction, ask provocative questions, analyse data through another lens, and work together with them to build exciting and sustainable business models. As a critical friend, I am a passionate advocate for the success of my clients.
