We are

Places

Tricolor Associates believe that places can be made better by listening to the people within them. As master planners and regeneration specialists, we put people first and inspire them to think bigger. We are place-makers. And we know that it is the people who make the place.

We are

Change

Tricolor Associates deliver positive and meaningful change for the cultural, heritage and community sectors. We believe in people-led planning and are Social Value Pioneers. We judge ourselves solely on how well we support our clients to transform, engage and embed people-centred practices and value our overall contribution to civic life based on the benefits our work delivers to audiences we aim to support.

We are

Planet

Tricolor Associates balance the future alongside our history, focusing on what makes a positive difference to the people yet to come, celebrating our planet and our culture and learning from our past.

We are

Culture

Tricolor Associates believe culture makes better places and better people. We believe in challenging people's experiences and widening our world-view, whether that's through sharing individual stories or a 1000-person performance. We believe in the power of culture to make great places and empower people to be great too.

We are National Lottery Heritage Fund consultants providing full-service support for project management, business planning, evaluation, resilience building, activity plans, consultation, interpretation and visitor experience design.

We are

People

At Tricolor Associates, we want to work with organisations that are driven by forward-looking people who are listening deeply to their audiences to develop products and services that meet a need and innovate as a matter of course.

What do we do

We know that this period is knife-edge for many people and organisations, and whilst millions have been invested by funders, it is also the time where organisations are at their lowest capacity ever.

With staff furloughed, the people left are working from home and everyone is having to balance family and work-life so carefully. We specialise in project development, fundraising, project management, business planning, digital and people-led engagement. We are here to help and can arrange financially affordable solutions and in some cases free of charge or delayed payments based on funding.
