HLF-funded project examining the experiences of young wartime evacuees

  • Developed project branding for multiple applications from posters to DVDs,
  • Consulted with local teachers to develop learning resources
  • Researched and developed a suite of project learning resources including lesson plans and facsimile documents
  • Designed and produced posters, flyers and souvenir programme for drama shows linked to project
  • Edited and compiled learning resources publications
  • Designed and produced unique hand-made packs to hold project learning resources, in the form of a mini evacuee suitcase

HLF Heritage Grant Round 2 Interpretation Strategy, Interpretation Plan and Exhibition Designs to RIBA 3, Activity Plan and HLF mentoring and project management

Tricolor was appointed in June 2015 to undertake the Estate-wide Interpretation Strategy for the entire Royal Pavilion Estate, as well as the Interpretation Plan and designs to RIBA 3 and the Consultation and Activity Plan for Phase 1 of the Brighton Dome and Brighton Festival £4.9 million HLF bid.

HLF Heritage Grant Round 2 Project Conceptualisation, Governance Options Appraisal, Business Plan and Activity Plan

Working with Sunderland City Council and English Heritage, Tricolor was responsible for creating the Vision Statement for this medieval castle, set within a wooded Dene, which is being redeveloped into the first youth-led heritage and skill-building attraction in the UK.

HLF Heritage Grant Round 2 Project Conceptualisation, Business Plan, Interpretation Plan and Activity Plan

Tricolor developed the full business and financial model for a brand new heritage visitor attraction in this ancient Guildhall, undertaking spatial review and options appraisals, advising on future governance structures and full income stream projections.
