HLF Heritage Grant Round 2 Project Conceptualisation, Governance Options Appraisal, Business Plan and Activity Plan

Working with Sunderland City Council and English Heritage, Tricolor was responsible for creating the Vision Statement for this medieval castle, set within a wooded Dene, which is being redeveloped into the first youth-led heritage and skill-building attraction in the UK.

HLF Heritage Grant Round 2 Activity Plan

Tricolor was tasked with creating inclusive activities for the Palace, Victorian Theatre and Park  to improve the use of the palace and grounds for more people and a wider range of audiences as part of the Activity Plan for the £28 million Reclaiming the People’s Palace project.

HLF Heritage Grant Round 2 Project Conceptualisation, Business Plan, Interpretation Plan and Activity Plan

Tricolor developed the full business and financial model for a brand new heritage visitor attraction in this ancient Guildhall, undertaking spatial review and options appraisals, advising on future governance structures and full income stream projections.

HLF Project Conceptualisation, Business Plan, and Activity Plan

Tricolor has developed the full HLF Activity and Business Plans for the Trust in support of its Round 2 bid to excavate the remains of the historic 16thC theatre and then develop a thriving heritage visitor attraction at the site. Our role was to undertake a preliminary options appraisal with potential partners and advise on governance and management structures in light of their HLF bid.
