Saltdean Lido is a Grade II* listed site to the East of Brighton. It was the first lido in the country to receive Grade II listed status and after further campaigning, received its Grade II* status in March 2011. Saltdean Lido Community Interest Company (CIC) have a 60-year lease to operate the site and are leading this regeneration project which intends to not only carry out extensive repairs to the historic fabric but to create a fully functioning, multi-purpose attraction and to reinvent the site as a community hub once more.

HLF Heritage Grant Round 2 Project Conceptualisation, Governance Options Appraisal, Business Plan and Activity Plan

Working with Sunderland City Council and English Heritage, Tricolor was responsible for creating the Vision Statement for this medieval castle, set within a wooded Dene, which is being redeveloped into the first youth-led heritage and skill-building attraction in the UK.
