Project Description

Phase 1: Project Conceptualisation, Business Plan, Activity Plan & Interpretation Plan

Phase 2: Interpretation Design and Build

Tricolor developed the full business and financial model for a brand new heritage visitor attraction in this ancient Guildhall, undertaking spatial review and options appraisals, advising on future governance structures and full income stream projections.

This includes community gardens in the town centre that will be an attraction in their own right, sharing with people the significant heritage of the landscape in and around Bury. Specialist projects are planned such as garden design and volunteer programme for adults with disabilities as well as growing local produce in the on-site allotment for use in the Guildhall cafe.
